Where do I start... And how much time do you have... lol To credit my review, a little background - My wife and I own multiple properties and have worked with our share of realtors, but this one is by far a favorite and a keeper!! Somethings about Adrielle... Knowledgeable - We first met Adrielle when we booked a showing through an online site. It was her first time walking through the home as well, but you wouldn't know it - the way she identified the style, character features, and functionalities. Mind you, this home was built in 1912. She's the perfect amount of Attentive and Observant - We would make our rounds discussing things we noticed, liked, or preferred. Undenounced to us Adrielle was noting the things we valued while giving us space to peruse and envision ourselves in the home. She would ask inquisitive and relevant questions which made us feel she was engaged in our interests and focused on our goal. Prompt - Every home we asked to see, Adrielle would get there early to ensure the lights were on, doors and gates were opened or unlocked, and the home was ready to dazzle. Prepared - She always did her research before meeting us and had information handy when we met her at the door. One time, we asked to see a home the same day and she made it happen without missing a beat!! Impressive given the late notice! She quickly identified our preferences and found us our DREAM HOME! Her quality care continued unwavering during the purchasing phase as well. Resourceful - She had more than a sufficient amount of resources which made it convenient when scheduling inspections because she had stand-by's if our timelines didn't favor their availability. Closing - During the closing process she stayed steps ahead of us. She provided pertinent and legal information so we were prepared for the approaching timelines. This was most helpful during the negotiating phases. Speaking of negotiating, Adrielle was quite innovative with finding solutions that served both parties (us & the sellers). This maneuver set the tone for the duration of the closing process (which explains why it was the smoothest we've ever experienced)! It resulted in the sellers willing fully taking care of things in the home, and in return, we were able to provide relief where they needed. Furthermore, we met the sellers and did a walk through together!! Who does that??!! Adrielle loves what she does, she's great at it, and she truly cares about her clients. We can't thank you enough, Adrielle!!
